Renaldo Hill (born November 12, 1978) is a former NFL safety and the current secondary coach for the Carolina Panthers. He played college football at Michigan State and was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round of the 2001 NFL Draft. Over 10 seasons, Hill played for the Cardinals (2001–2004), the Oakland Raiders (2005), the Miami Dolphins (2006–2008), and the Denver Broncos (2009–2010). He appeared in 141 games, starting 114, and finished with 607 total tackles, 6.5 sacks, 19 interceptions, 61 passes defensed, four forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and two defensive touchdowns.

Hill went from player to coach after retirements. He started at Wyoming (2012–2013), then coached cornerbacks there in 2013. He later served as the defensive backs coach at Pittsburgh (2015–2017), the Dolphins’ assistant defensive backs coach in 2018, the Broncos’ defensive backs coach (2019–2020), the Los Angeles Chargers’ defensive coordinator (2021–2022), and the Dolphins’ pass game coordinator and defensive backs coach in 2023. In 2025, he joined the Carolina Panthers as their secondary coach. He is the younger brother of Ray Hill, who also played in the NFL.
