Natia Todua is a Georgian‑German singer born on 12 March 1996 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her parents fled Abkhazia during the war, and when she was two they moved back to Abkhazia and lived in the Gali District. After finishing school, she and her sister returned to Tbilisi and Todua studied economics at Caucasus University. She tried X Factor Georgia in 2014 and X Factor Ukraine in 2015 but did not win.

In 2016 she moved to Germany to work as an au pair in Bruchsal. In 2017 she auditioned for The Voice of Germany season 7, joined Samu Haber’s team, and won the show on 17 December 2017. She then signed with Universal Music Group.

Todua also entered Unser Lied für Lissabon, Germany’s Eurovision 2018 selection, with the song “My Own Way.” The song was released on 20 February 2018 and finished last in the national final.

In 2018 she became a judge on the Georgian version of Idol.
