Reactionary (album)
Reactionary is the sixth studio album by Face to Face. It was released on June 6, 2000, and recorded in January 2000. The hardcore punk album runs about 37 minutes and came out on Vagrant Records. Producers were Trever Keith, Scott Shiflett, and Chad Blinman. A fan-driven MP3.com promotion let listeners decide which songs would appear on the final album. It was the last Face to Face release with guitarist Chad Yaro until 2011’s Laugh Now, Laugh Later. The single “Disappointed” was released in 2000. The band supported the album with shows alongside Saves the Day, Alkaline Trio, and New Found Glory in late summer 2000, and toured the US with H2O and Snapcase in early 2001. In October 2001, Yaro reportedly left the band. All songs were written by Keith and Shiflett, except where noted.
