PJSC Central Telegraph is a Moscow-based Russian telecommunications company owned 100% by Rostelecom. It provides fixed-line telephone service, Internet access, IPTV, rental of communication channels, electrical documentation, and business solutions like IP PBX and video surveillance, mainly in Moscow.

The company traces its history to October 1, 1852, with the first Moscow telegraph station at the Petersburg-Moscow railway. By 1870 the Myasnitskaya Street station became known as Moscow’s telegraph station, and by 1880 Moscow had 33 cable stations. In 1998 Central Telegraph began building a digital transport network that became the platform for its modern services and allowed subscriber numbering: about 213,500 numbers in code 095 (later changed to 495), 50,000 numbers in code 499 for Moscow, and 100,000 numbers in code 498 for the Moscow region. In 1999 the company began offering digital telephone services in Moscow.
