Ralph Toledano, born September 27, 1951 in Casablanca, Morocco, is a French-Moroccan businessman. He leads the fashion division of the Puig group and is president of two major French fashion bodies: the Fédération française de la Couture, du Prêt à Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode and the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture.

He grew up in a Moroccan Jewish family. His father, Joseph Toledano, was a leader in Morocco’s preserved foods industry and helped represent Moroccan Jews at the World Jewish Congress. Ralph moved from Morocco at 18, studied at HEC Paris, and graduated in 1973. He married Céline Toledano in 1990, and they have three children: Emmanuelle, Sarah and Ilan.

Toledano has led the Chambre Syndicale du Prêt à Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode from 2003 to 2008 and again from 2012 to 2014. He was elected president of the Fédération française de la Couture, du Prêt à Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode on July 1, 2014, and has held that role since. He was re-elected president of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture on November 12, 2015. In 2018 he became chairman of Victoria Beckham Ltd. He serves on the boards of DEFI and IFM (Institut Français de la Mode) as well as the Villa Noailles association. He is a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour (2003) and an Officer of the Ordre National du Mérite (2014).
