Capella Savaria

Capella Savaria is a Hungarian ensemble that performs chamber music on original instruments or replicas modeled after them. It was founded in 1981 in Szombathely. They mainly play music from the 17th and 18th centuries and have performed across Europe, making several recordings. They received the Liszt Prize in 1991. The artistic director is Zsolt Kalló.
