Radosław Bella (born 9 September 1987) is a Polish football manager and former midfielder. He is currently the assistant manager of Lechia Gdańsk in the Ekstraklasa.

Bella was born in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland. As a youth he trained with Koksownik Zdzieszowice, KS Kędzierzyn-Koźle and Swornica Czarnowąsy. He began his senior career with LKS Poborszów in 2006 and played in the Polish Cup that season. Much of his playing time came in the regional leagues. He made over 100 appearances in the III liga for TOR Dobrzeń Wielki, MKS Oława and Polonia Trzebnica, and later played for Sokół Wielka Lipa and LZS Racławiczki before finishing with Stal-Śrubiarnia Żywiec.

Bella started coaching while still playing, joining Śląsk Wrocław’s academy. He later worked with Miedź Legnica’s youth teams (U13-U14) and led the KŚ AZS Wrocław women’s team. He also managed Miedź Legnica II and returned to Śląsk Wrocław’s academy. In 2021 he became assistant manager at Miedź Legnica under Wojciech Łobodziński.

In the 2022–23 season, after Łobodziński was sacked, Bella became caretaker manager. His first Ekstraklasa game ended in a 1–1 draw with Cracovia. Grzegorz Mokry then became the manager, and Miedź were relegated to I liga.

On 30 May 2023 Bella was appointed Miedź Legnica’s first-team manager. After a strong start the team faded, and he was dismissed on 8 April 2024. Shortly after, he became assistant manager at Lechia Gdańsk, working with Szymon Grabowski. When Grabowski was sacked, Bella and Lechia’s technical director Kevin Blackwell led the team for a match, which they lost 2–0. On 30 November 2024 John Carver was appointed Lechia’s manager, with Bella staying as assistant. Carver helped the club avoid relegation, finishing 14th, and Bella signed a new three-year contract in the summer.

Bella is married to Anna Tymińska, a former footballer who played for KŚ AZS Wrocław and won the Ekstraliga; they have two sons.
