RGPU-95, or p-chlorophenylpiracetam, is a racetam derivative of phenylpiracetam. It was developed by Russian researchers as a potential antidepressant and anxiolytic and was first described in 2010. In animal studies it is reported to be about 5 to 10 times more potent than phenylpiracetam. It has appeared as a novel psychoactive drug and is sold online as a nootropic.
