Rosslyn Tower is a Grade II listed private house in Putney, in the London Borough of Wandsworth. It sits at 18 St John's Avenue, Putney SW15, just east of Putney Hill.

The building dates from the 1870s and is made of brick and stone. The main house is double-fronted and has two storeys, while the tower rises four storeys and features a balcony with 360-degree views of London and a view of the University Boat Race. The property has eight bedrooms, and the grounds include a 110-foot garden with a lily pond and a rose garden.

Inside, the drawing room was redesigned in 1907 by Leonard Wyburd, a leading Arts & Crafts designer who later led Liberty's design studio. Rosslyn Tower was listed as Grade II on 5 July 1974.

History and charity: the house was commissioned by the Miles family. In 1903 it passed from Alfred Webb Miles, a pioneer of ready-made clothing, to his daughters Emma Jessie Blanche Miles and Elma Grace Miles, who lived there until Grace’s death in 1956. Grace Miles donated land elsewhere in Putney for St Mary’s Hall (now Hotham Hall) to St Mary’s Church. A Miles Trust continues to support community life in Putney.

From the 1970s to the 1990s it was owned and occupied by Dr Bruce MacGillivray and his wife Ruth. In the late 1990s trance DJ Paul Oakenfold owned the property and stored many records in the basement; he bought the house at auction from DJ Nicky Holloway.

Valuations declined from about £1.25 million in 1997 to about £5 million in 2017.
