Quambalaria is a group of fungi in the family Quambalariaceae, within the class Exobasidiomycetes of the Basidiomycota. The family has only one genus, Quambalaria, which contains nine known species (including Q. cyanescens, Q. coyrecup, Q. eucalypti, Q. pitereka, and Q. pusilla). Quambalaria was defined in 2000 to group plant pathogens that had previously been placed in Ramularia and Sporothrix. These fungi infect Corymbia trees in Australia and cause leaf spots, shoot blight, and canker disease.
