LeRoy Township is a small rural area in Boone County, Illinois. It covers about 31.3 square miles, almost all of it land, and sits at an elevation of about 942 feet.
As of 2020, 485 people lived there in 175 households, with 126 families. The area has a low population density, about 15.5 people per square mile. There are 201 housing units.
