Phyllonorycter joannisi
Phyllonorycter joannisi is a small moth in the Gracillariidae family. It is found across most of Europe, except Ireland, the Iberian Peninsula, and the Balkan Peninsula. The wingspan is 6.5–9 mm. There are two generations each year, with adults on the wing in May and August. The larvae feed on Norway maple (Acer platanoides), mining the leaves of the tree. This species has also been described as Lithocolletis joannisi and Lithocolletis platanoidella.
