Philippimyia is a genus of hoverflies in the family Syrphidae. It is part of the subfamily Eristalinae, the tribe Milesiini, and the subtribe Blerina. The genus was described by Shannon in 1926. Its type species is Sterphus cyanocephala Philippi, 1865.
