Pat McGee was an American baseball center fielder who played in the 1870s. He appeared in 59 major league games from 1874 to 1875 for the Brooklyn Atlantics and the New York Mutuals. He debuted on September 24, 1874, with the Brooklyn Atlantics, and played his last game on September 17, 1875, for the Atlantics. McGee had 38 hits, 11 runs, and a batting average of .169. He died on June 20, 1889, in New York City; his birth details are unknown.
