Pantnagar Airport (IATA: PGH, ICAO: VIPT) is a public domestic airport in Uttarakhand, operated by the Airports Authority of India. It serves Pantnagar and nearby towns in Udham Singh Nagar district, located between Haldwani and Rudrapur.

The airport is about 26 km from Haldwani and is close to Kumaon hill stations such as Nainital, Bhimtal, Ranikhet and Almora, as well as Bareilly and Jim Corbett National Park.

Runway and upgrades: The runway is 1,372 meters (4,500 feet) long. In 2008 it was extended to 4,500 feet to accommodate larger turboprop aircraft, at a cost of ₹75 crore. Subsidies for Pantnagar–Delhi flights with Jagson Airlines ran from 2005 to 2008 and ended when the runway was extended. Deccan Aviation flew the Delhi–Pantnagar route, followed by Kingfisher Airlines with seasonal services. Since October 1, 2014, Alliance Air has operated daily flights between Pantnagar and Delhi’s IGI Airport. There is also an Air Heritage flight to Pithoragarh. In August 2015, officials said the airport could grow into a cargo hub and the runway might be extended to 1,865 meters.

Stats: In 2024–25, Pantnagar Airport handled 101,013 passengers (up 8.9%) and 2,160 aircraft movements (up 2.7%).
