Painter of Dead Girls
Painter of Dead Girls is a compilation album by the grindcore band Pig Destroyer. It was released January 27, 2004, and collects songs from the Gnob and Benümb splits, plus a cover of Helmet's "In the Meantime." The album runs 19 minutes and 49 seconds and was released by Robotic Empire. Recordings span 1999–2003. Cover art was created by Chris Taylor of Pg. 99. Lyrical notes: J. R. Hayes previously couldn’t remember or decipher the lyrics to the first seven tracks, but those lyrics have since been found and are available online. All lyrics are by J. R. Hayes; all music by Scott Hull, except where noted. The iTunes version excludes the three cover songs.
