The Paetongtarn cabinet, Thailand’s 64th Council of Ministers, ruled from September 3, 2024, to late August 2025. Paetongtarn Shinawatra of the Pheu Thai Party became prime minister after being elected by the House on August 16, 2024, and she received the royal command the same day. The cabinet was sworn in by King Rama X on September 6, 2024.

It was a coalition government. In June 2025, the Bhumjaithai Party left the coalition after a leaked phone conversation between Paetongtarn and former Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen raised sovereignty concerns. Bhumjaithai ministers resigned the following day.

A cabinet reshuffle was announced on June 23, 2025 and published on June 30. In the new lineup, Paetongtarn became Minister of Culture and nine new ministers joined the cabinet.

On July 1, 2025, the Constitutional Court suspended Paetongtarn from duty while a case related to the phone leak progressed. Acting Prime Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit led the swearing-in of a new cabinet on July 3, 2025, and Phumtham Wechayachai became acting prime minister later that day.

On August 29, 2025, the court dismissed Paetongtarn from the premiership and the cabinet was dissolved. Phumtham continued as caretaker prime minister until a new government (the Anutin cabinet) was formed.
