Steve Lebsock is an American politician from Colorado. He served in the Colorado House of Representatives for the 34th district from 2013 until his expulsion in March 2018. Before that, he was on the Thornton City Council from 2003 to 2011, and he served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1991. Born in Sterling, Colorado, Lebsock earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He is married to Nina and has three children.

Lebsock ran for Colorado State Treasurer in 2018. During that campaign, several women accused him of sexual harassment. He denied the allegations and said he was being blackmailed. He left the Democratic caucus and switched to the Republican Party in March 2018. On March 2, 2018, the Colorado House expelled him in a 52–9 vote, the first expulsion from the chamber since 1915. Afterward, the Republican vacancy committee appointed Alexander Winkler to fill Lebsock’s seat, and Kyle Mullica later defeated Winkler in the 2018 election.

Lebsock’s case drew wide attention to harassment in politics. He argued the charges were political and said he would not resign. He had also briefly served as the chair of the Local Government committee before being removed from that role during the investigation.
