Marty Morantz (born April 7, 1962) is a Canadian lawyer, businessman and Conservative politician. He was the Member of Parliament for Charleswood—St. James—Assiniboia—Headingley from 2019 until his defeat in 2025. Before that, he served on Winnipeg City Council (2014–2018) for Charleswood‑Tuxedo‑Whyte Ridge, where he chaired the Finance and Infrastructure committees. Morantz earned a BA in Political Studies from the University of Manitoba and a law degree from Osgoode Hall, and spent 23 years as a partner at a Winnipeg law firm. He later led Jernat Investments and has served on boards focused on autism, assisted living and Jewish community groups. In Parliament, he sat on the Foreign Affairs and International Development and Finance committees, was the Conservative Shadow Minister for National Revenue in 2020, joined a cross‑party task force against online antisemitism, and introduced Bill C-256 to boost charitable giving, potentially adding up to $200 million per year. He is from Winnipeg and was preceded and succeeded by Doug Eyolfson.
