Pablo Andrés Baeza González (born 11 November 1988) is a Chilean handball player who plays as a right wing. He was born in Cerro Navia, Santiago, Chile, and is 1.78 meters tall. He has played for clubs including Instituto Nacional (2006–2007), Maristas Algemesí (2007–2008), and HC Eivissa (2008–2009). He represented the Chilean national team from 2010 to 2021, earning 13 caps and scoring 30 goals. Baeza competed at the 2017 World Men's Handball Championship and has participated in regional events such as the Pan American Games (2015), Pan American Championship (2016), Bolivarian Games (2017), and the South American Games (2018).
