Anh and Chi
Anh and Chi is a Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver, established in 1994. It was originally named Pho Hoang and founded by Hoang Van Nguyen and his wife Ly Nguyen, who were refugees from Vietnam. The name Anh and Chi means “Brother and Sister” in Vietnamese. After Hoang died in 2010, Ly and their children Amelie and Vincent ran the restaurant, but it faced financial struggles. In 2016 the restaurant was renamed Anh and Chi and updated to a more modern look and menu.
