Nura Musa Inuwa, known as Nura M Inuwa or M Inuwa, is a Nigerian Hausa singer, songwriter and film/music producer born on 18 September 1989 in Dala, Kano State. He performs Afrobeats, R&B, hip hop, reggae and Afropop. Raised in Kano’s Gwammaja area, he has written and recorded more than 500 songs, many used in Kannywood films. He often teams up with Umar Sharif; together they released the album Rarrashi. He is a close friend of Kannywood actor Adam A Zango and even acted as himself in the film Rigar Aro. In 2019 he sang a campaign song for Atiku Abubakar. He survived an acid attack in 2012 that damaged his left eye, with the attackers unknown. He runs his own label, M INUWA EDUTAINMENT, and has been married to Amina since 2017.
