Elsewhere is the second studio album by British singer-songwriter Scott Matthews. It was released on 25 May 2009, more than three years after his debut Passing Stranger. The album was issued by Island after they signed Matthews while re-issuing his first album. It was recorded at Magic Garden Music in Wolverhampton, England. The music blends folk rock, indie folk and blues, and runs for 56 minutes and 57 seconds. The single "Fractured" is on the album, and its video was available with the iTunes download. In Matthews' discography, Elsewhere comes after Passing Stranger (2006) and before What the Night Delivers (2011).
