Nijkerk railway station is in the town of Nijkerk in the Netherlands. It opened on 20 August 1863 and lies on the Utrecht–Kampen railway (the Centraalspoorweg). The station is served by Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS).

In 1903, Nijkerk became the northern end of the Nijkerk–Ede-Wageningen railway. The section from Nijkerk to Barneveld was closed and removed in 1937.

Today, NS Sprinter line 5600 serves the station, running between Utrecht Centraal and Zwolle, with trains stopping at Nijkerk.
