Bugaboo Provincial Park

Bugaboo Provincial Park is a protected area in British Columbia, Canada. It sits in the central Purcell Mountains and covers about 136.46 square kilometers (13,646 hectares). The park was established on July 13, 1995, by combining Bugaboo Glacier Park, Bugaboo Alpine Recreation Area, and nearby lands.

The park is best known for the Bugaboos, a dramatic mountain range that attracts climbers and mountaineers. The Conrad Kain hut, an alpine shelter run by the Alpine Club of Canada, is a notable feature inside the park.

Bugaboo has a subarctic climate, with cold winters and mild summers. The park is managed by BC Parks, and the nearest city is Invermere.
