Nathaniel “Noddy” Reilly-O'Donnell (born 13 April 1988) is a British rower from Ealing, England. He studied at St Leonard's School in Durham and University College London, and he began rowing at age 12.

Key achievements:
- 2005 World Junior Championships: 7th in coxed four
- 2006 World Junior Champion in the men's four
- 2007 Youth Olympic Festival in Australia: three medals (two golds in coxless four and pair, and a silver in the eight)
- 2009 World U23 Championships in Račice: bronze in the men's eight
- 2011 World Rowing Championships in Bled: silver in the men's eight
- 2011 World Cup Series: silver in Munich and bronze in Lucerne (men's eight)
- 2014 World Rowing Championships in Amsterdam: gold in the eight
- 2015 European Rowing Championships in Poznań: gold in the men's four (with Alan Sinclair, Tom Ransley, and Scott Durant)
- 2015 World Rowing Championships at Lac d'Aiguebelette: gold in the coxed pair (with Matthew Tarrant and Henry Fieldman)
- 2015 World Cup in Varese: fifth place with the four

He has three children.
