Nangialai Kharoti (Pashto: ننګیالی خروټی) is an Afghan cricketer born on 25 April 2004 in Baghlan, Afghanistan. He bats left-handed and bowls slow left-arm orthodox, and he mainly plays as a bowler. He has represented Afghanistan since 2024 and plays domestically for the Kabul Eagles.

Domestic career
Kharoti made his Twenty20 debut for Kabul Eagles on 7 September 2020 in the Shpageeza Cricket League. He was the tournament’s joint-leading wicket-taker with 13 wickets in seven matches and was named man of the match in the final after scoring 25 and taking two wickets. He also earned the Best Emerging Player award for the tournament. He made his List A debut on 12 October 2020 for Amo Region in the Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament.

International career
In March 2024, Kharoti earned his first call-up to Afghanistan’s national team for the ODI series against Ireland, making his ODI debut on 12 March 2024. Later that month, he debuted in T20Is on 15 March 2024 against Ireland. In May 2024, he was named in Afghanistan’s squad for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
