The Colquitt County Arts Center is in Moultrie, Georgia, inside the former Moultrie High School building. The school was built in 1928–1929 and later listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The building is a one-story, U-shaped brick structure that covers most of a block. It is designed in the Georgian Revival style by architect William J.J. Chase and built by W.J. Pippin. The brick is laid in Flemish bond.

The Arts Center began as a project of the Moultrie Service League in 1977. It offers art classes and other services to the community.

Inside is the McCall Gallery, which houses the William Frank McCall Jr. Permanent Collection. McCall personally selected and donated each piece of art for the collection.
