Mongolicosa buryatica
Mongolicosa buryatica is a species of wolf spider (family Lycosidae) known only from the eastern Sayan Mountains in Buryatia, Russia. It grows up to 9 millimeters long and is dark brown, densely covered with long hairs, especially on the abdomen. Males are darker and hairier than females and have dark red markings. Females are uniformly dark brown with paler leg joints. The species was described in 2003 by Marusik, Azarkina and Koponen.
