Mineralnye Vody single-member constituency (No. 67) is a Russian State Duma electoral district in Stavropol Krai. It covers the Caucasian Mineral Waters resort area in the south of Stavropol Krai, including Kislovodsk, Lermontov, Mineralnye Vody, Pyatigorsk, Yessentuki and Zheleznovodsk, as well as Mineralovodsky and Predgorny districts. The boundaries were used from 1993 to 2007 and again since 2016, and the district covers the entire Caucasian Mineral Waters resort.

As of 2021, the constituency has 502,062 voters.

The deputy since 2016 is Olga Kazakova of United Russia. She is a three-term State Duma member and a former Minister of Culture of Stavropol Krai. In the Duma, she led the Education Committee from October 2021 to September 2024 and has led the Culture Committee since September 2024.
