1991 FIBA Centennial Jubilee

The 1991 FIBA Centennial Jubilee was a special edition of the Acropolis International Basketball Tournament held to celebrate 100 years since basketball was invented in 1891 by James Naismith. It took place from June 5 to June 9, 1991, at the SEF Indoor Hall in Piraeus, Greece. Italy won the tournament, with Greece finishing in second place.

A FIBA Europe All-Star Game was also played on June 8, featuring Balkans vs. the rest of Europe. The Balkans won 103–102, with Nikos Galis scoring 22 points and Jure Zdovc hitting the winning shot. The game drew about 17,000 spectators.

This Centennial Jubilee is not counted as an official Acropolis tournament because it was not organized solely by the Hellenic Basketball Federation.
