The club was managed by Charles Miles and played its home games at Kensal Rise Athletic Stadium. They competed in three leagues: the Southern League Division One (their 4th season there), the Western Football League, and the London League Premier Division (their 4th season there).
QPR finished 9th in the Southern League Division One, 7th in the Western Football League, and 5th in the London League Premier Division. John Blackwood was the top scorer with 9 goals. The highest home attendance was 10,000 for the match against Southampton on February 21, 1903. The biggest win was 4–2 against Kettering Town on October 11, 1902, and the biggest defeat was 0–6 against Millwall Athletic on April 4, 1903.
