Fateema Mohammed
Fateema Mohammed is a Nigerian politician from Lagos State who represents the Ifako-Ijaiye area and is the founder and convener of the Fateema Mohammed Foundation.
She was born in Borno State to Mr. and Mrs. Audu Mohammed. Fateema attended Command Children School in Lagos, Command Secondary School in Ipaja, and earned a Microbiology degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Her political career began in 1999 with the Alliance for Democracy (AD). She has held various campaign roles, including as part of Bola Tinubu’s Campaign Organization (BATCO). She led Jimi Agbaje’s 2007 gubernatorial campaign in Lagos and was a member of the Jimi Agbaje Campaign Team (PDP, 2007). She coordinated Aeroland’s campaign for the Senate in 2015. Since 2017, she has served as Director General of Atikunation, the Atiku Support group for the 2019 presidential election, and she has publicly supported Atiku Abubakar to win the 2019 election.
