Milo E. Smith
Milo Eugene Smith (born July 18, 1950) is an American politician from Columbus, Indiana. A Republican, he served in the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 59th district from 2006 to 2018. He studied at Indiana University–Purdue University Columbus. In December 2017 he introduced a bill that would require refunds to Colts fans if players kneel during the national anthem at home games. He announced in January 2018 that he would not run for another term. In 2023 he ran for mayor of Columbus but lost in the primary. In 2025 he announced a bid for the Indiana Senate in 2026 for the 41st district to succeed Greg Walker.
