Neptunomonas acidivorans

Neptunomonas acidivorans is a Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped and motile bacterium. It belongs to the genus Neptunomonas in the family Oceanospirillaceae, order Oceanospirillales, class Gammaproteobacteria, phylum Pseudomonadota, and domain Bacteria. The species was isolated from sediment on Daebu Island and described in 2014 by Yang and colleagues. The type strains are JCM 18291, KCCM 42975, and MEBiC06243.
