Mikyla Dodd (born 1978 in Blackburn, Lancashire) is an English actress, writer and activist who raises awareness about eating disorders. She is best known for playing Chloe Bruce in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks from 2000 to 2004, and for appearing in Hollyoaks: Breaking Boundaries (2000) and Hollyoaks: Indecent Behaviour (2001). She was the show’s first plus-size cast member. In 2006 she appeared on the reality show Celebrity Fit Club.

Her memoir, The Fat Girl from Hollyoaks, was published in 2007 (the paperback title is Playing the Fat Girl). In 2009, the BBC Three documentary When Diets Go Wrong explored the dangers of diet pills and extreme dieting. In 2024 she featured in A Day With An Eating Disorder to raise awareness. During Eating Disorders Awareness Week in 2025, she spoke about her challenging relationship with food and the importance of understanding that people struggle in different ways, calling for more empathy and support. She has also spoken about body image and the media on radio.
