Dmitriy Torlopov, born 12 August 1977, is a Kazakhstani sprint canoeist who competed from the mid-1990s. He won several medals at the Asian Games (1998 Bangkok; 2002 Busan; 2006 Doha; 2010 Guangzhou) and at the Asian Championships (2005 Putrajaya; 2007 Hwacheon; 2009 Tehran; 2011 Tehran) in events from 200 m to 1000 m, including K-1, K-2 and K-4 races. He also competed in two Olympic Games: 1996 Atlanta (K-2 500 m repechages and K-4 1000 m semifinals) and 2008 Beijing (K-1 500 m and K-1 1000 m semifinals).
