The 2021 Arab Women's Cup took place in Egypt from 24 August to 6 September 2021. Eight national teams competed in the tournament, and each team could register a squad of up to 24 players, including three goalkeepers. Only players in these squads were eligible to play.

For players, ages are listed as of 24 August 2021, the first day of the tournament. Caps and goals are counted up to the start of the tournament. The club listed for each player is the club they last played a competitive match for before the tournament. The club’s nationality reflects the national association it is affiliated with, not the league. A flag is shown for coaches who are of a different nationality than their national team.

Coaches:
- Mohamad Kamal Atieh Ismail
- Wael Gharzeddine
- Farouk Gabra
- Samir Landolssi
- Radia Fertoul
- David Nascimento
- Simon Khair
