Michael William Gesicki (born October 3, 1995) is an American football tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL. He is 6'6" and 245 pounds, from Manahawkin, New Jersey. Gesicki went to Southern Regional High School, where he set school records in basketball, football, and volleyball. He played college football at Penn State from 2014 to 2017, helped by strong finishes in 2016 and a spot on the John Mackey Award watchlist in 2017.

Gesicki was drafted in 2018 in the second round, 42nd overall, by the Miami Dolphins. He spent five seasons with the Dolphins (2018–2022), then played for the New England Patriots in 2023, and joined the Cincinnati Bengals in 2024. His career numbers through 2025 are 353 receptions, 3,833 receiving yards, and 24 receiving touchdowns.

Key seasons include 2019 with 51 receptions for 570 yards and 5 touchdowns; 2020 with 53 receptions for 706 yards and 6 touchdowns; and 2021 with 73 receptions for 780 yards and 2 touchdowns. In 2022 he had 32 receptions for 362 yards and 5 touchdowns. In 2024 with the Bengals, he had 65 receptions for 665 yards and 2 touchdowns, including Week 9 when he had 5 catches for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Raiders. Gesicki re-signed with Cincinnati in March 2025 on a three-year, $25.5 million deal. He was placed on injured reserve October 15 with a pectoral injury but was activated November 21.
