Jacob Wisner House, also known as the Rapp House, is a historic home in Charlestown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, near Malvern. Built in 1761 in two sections, the original stone house is 2.5 stories tall and three bays wide. An additional two-bay section was added in the 1840s, first serving as a saddle and harness-maker’s shop and later housing the Sidley Post Office. The property covers about 2.5 acres. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 6, 1979.
