Michael Schwan (born 5 November 1939 in Konstanz, Germany) is a German rower. He competed for the United Team of Germany at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo and won a bronze medal in the coxless pair with Wolfgang Hottenrott. He also raced at the European Championships (1964 Amsterdam, coxless pair; 1965 Duisburg, coxless four) and at the 1966 World Rowing Championships in Bled with the eight.
