Mourad Okbi (Arabic: مراد عقبي), born 1 September 1965 in Kairouan, Tunisia, is a former football defender and current coach. He played for JS Kairouan from 1985 to 1989 and for Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia from 1992 to 1994. He earned 50 caps and scored 3 goals for the Tunisian national team between 1987 and 1995, and he played at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations.

As a manager, Okbi has led many clubs in Tunisia and abroad, including ES Hammam-Sousse, Najran SC, Al-Shoulla, Al-Watani, Abha Club, JS Kairouan, US Monastir, Stade Gabèsien and Al-Ittihad Kalba SC, among others. He served as an assistant coach for Tunisia from 2017 to 2019 under Nabil Maaloul and helped the team qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. He has continued coaching in Tunisia and the Gulf region.

In 2021 he was named manager of US Monastir but left in October of that year. On 17 March 2023 he became manager of Al-Sahel. On 19 August 2023 he took over USM Khenchela, left the club on 13 November 2023, and then joined Olympique Beja on 24 November 2023. He returned to USM Khenchela on 17 November 2025 and is the head coach of the club in Algeria.
