Massie Creek

Massie Creek is a small stream in eastern Montgomery County and southwestern Warren County in Missouri. It starts near Jonesburg, just south of Interstate 70, and flows generally south and then southwest to join Loutre Slough in the Missouri River valley, east of the community of Case after crossing under Missouri Route 94. The creek has also been called Massas Creek, Masses Creek, Masseys Creek, and Massies Creek, and it was probably named for Peter Massie, an early settler.
