Francis Sydney Moran (3 October 1883 – 20 October 1949) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Geelong in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Born in Geelong, Victoria, Moran originally played for Geelong East. He appeared in 65 games and scored 3 goals for Geelong from 1907 to 1911. Moran died in Geelong on 20 October 1949, aged 66.
