Massachusetts Route 41 is a 31-mile state highway in Berkshire County. It starts at the Connecticut border in Sheffield, continuing from Connecticut Route 41, and ends at U.S. Route 20 in Pittsfield. The road generally runs north, staying east of Mount Everett and the Taconic Mountains.

In Egremont it runs together with Route 23 into Great Barrington, where it meets Route 71 and U.S. Route 7 just south of downtown. U.S. 7 used to follow Route 41’s path here. The three routes share a short stretch near the Housatonic River, then Route 41 splits off before the river crossing.

Route 41 continues into West Stockbridge and reaches exit 3 of the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Just north of the Pike, it briefly runs with Route 102 for about half a mile by Shaker Mill Pond, then heads north into Richmond. In Richmond it meets the end of Route 295 and continues to its end at U.S. Route 20 near Hancock Shaker Village, a short distance southwest of Pittsfield’s airport and city center. The entire route is in Berkshire County.
