Templario
Templario is a Mexican masked professional wrestler born on February 27, 1992 in Calpulalpan, Tlaxcala. His real name isn’t publicly known. Trained by Último Guerrero, he began wrestling around 2010 and started using the Templario character around 2012–2013. He wrestled on the Mexican independent scene before joining Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) in 2016 and later adopting his cross-marked mask.
He is the current CMLL World Middleweight Champion (in his first reign) and is part of Los Guerreros Laguneros, a group led by Último Guerrero. Beyond CMLL, Templario has appeared for Major League Wrestling (MLW), where he once held the MLW World Middleweight Championship, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) as a member of United Empire.
Templario has won several tournaments and titles. He won Reyes del Aire in 2020, the Universal Championship in 2023, and the Torneo Nacional de Parejas Increíbles with Volador Jr. in 2021. He also won the Torneo Gran Alternativa with Legandario in December 2024 and has been a one-time Mexican National Middleweight Champion. In 2020, he teamed with El Hijo de Villano III in a tournament for the Mexican National Tag Team Championship and reached the finals but did not win the title.
He has competed in the United States with ROH and Warrior Wrestling and has made several trips to Japan, including Fantastica Mania tours with CMLL. In 2024, he joined NJPW’s United Empire. He and TJP won the Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship at Resurgence on May 9, 2025, and later lost the titles on November 14, 2025.
