International inspection pennant
International inspection pennant: An international flag used on fisheries inspection vessels. It is flown by the inspection services of the European Union, France, New Zealand, and Norway. The pennant is also used by FIRMS member organisations such as NEAFC, NAFO, and ICSEAF. The flag traces its origins to the North Sea Fisheries Convention of 1882.
