Iafa Britz
Iafa Britz (born August 29, 1971) is a Brazilian film producer and screenwriter from Rio de Janeiro. She co-founded and leads Migdal Filmes, a company that makes Brazilian films and TV programs.
She is known for producing the Minha Mãe é uma Peça and Nosso Lar film series. Her other works include Casa Grande, which won the Audience Award at the 2014 Festival do Rio, and the documentary Cássia Eller, which won the Audience Award for Best Brazilian Documentary at the São Paulo International Film Festival.
Britz began her film career in the mid-1990s. In 1998 she helped start the production company Total Filmes, and in 2009 she founded Migdal Filmes. The company has produced films such as Nosso Lar and the Minha Mãe é uma Peça series and has also worked on television productions.
