Maria Grazia Davino is an Italian automotive executive. She was the managing director of Stellantis UK until 18 October 2024. In December 2024 she became regional managing director for BYD, overseeing Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic.

She began her career at Lamborghini as a product manager while studying for a PhD in semiotics at Bauhaus University in Germany, which she did not finish. She then worked as personal assistant to Lamborghini’s CEO Stephan Winkelmann. In 2011 she joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (the Fiat Group) and later held CEO roles in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. In 2021 she was named head of Sales and Marketing for Europe for the newly formed Stellantis group. She was listed as an Automotive News Rising Star in 2017. She moved up to Stellantis UK managing director in September 2023 and left in October 2024. In 2024 she warned that Stellantis UK production could stop, citing the Vauxhall Ellesmere Port and Vauxhall Luton plants.

Davino holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and enterprise communications from the University of Salerno and a master’s degree in finance control from Profingest Business School in Bologna, Italy.
