Mahamud Abdi Ibraahim, also known as Dr Mahamud Garwayne, was a Somali politician who served as Minister of Commerce, Trade and Investment in the government of Somali Prime Minister Farmaajo. Al-Shabaab claimed he died, saying he was a threat to their existence.
